Barbell Blueprint (Programming + WEEKLY Personal Training Sessions)

This option is ideal if you want structured customized programming and weekly in-person training sessions. Along with your program and training, you’ll receive custom macro goals, while nutritional coaching and meal planning are offered only in the Hybrid package.

Plan Includes

  • -Custom training program (4 or 8 week blocks) designed specifically for your goals.

  • -Weekly One in-person personal training sessions, for hands-on coaching and accountability.

  • -Full program delivered through the training app where you can follow along, log your workouts, and track progress.

  • -Each exercise includes a video demonstration and a variety of alternatives

  • -Includes customized macro targets to support your training, without ongoing macro adjustments.

  • -Full access to all resources and tools on the TaraFFit app (progress tracking, recipe database, workout library, and more).

How it works

  • Step 1: Choose the package that best fits your goals and support needs.
  • Step 2: Sign up through the TaraFFit app or in person with Tara at Warehouse Barbell.
  • Step 3: Complete your intake form, and Tara will build your custom program. Your training will be loaded into the TaraFFit app within 2–5 business days, ready to follow, log, and track.
  • Step 4: Meet Tara for your scheduled in-person sessions (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on your package), stay consistent in the app, and watch your results build week by week.
