Macro Tracking requires logging the foods you consume in a day with the My Fitness Pal app or the TaraFFit app, and is ideal if you have tracked your food before and wish to continue tracking. Along with your personalized Macro Goals, Macro adjustments based on progress shown in check ins, weekly email or app check Ins, one on one coaching (access to my private message portal), a customized training program, recipe eBooks, and access to THE LINK (includes shopping lists, Dining & Restaurant Guide, tips for travel, Alcohol Tracking, Tracking Resources, and additional resources for Macro Tracking.) This package does not include a Meal Plan.
