I offer two different methods of my coaching: 

MACRO Coaching

&

MEAL PLANS with Coaching.


MACRO Coaching requires you to TRACK & LOG the food you eat in a day. 

My Meal Plan Packages do not require any tracking. 

I will break it down below.

MEAL PLANS


My MEAL PLANS are ideal if you DO NOT have experience tracking macros, or if you DO NOT wish track or log what you eat.

My meal plans DO NOT require tracking with any apps. I DO THE WORK FOR YOU!

I first create your macro count, then create a written custom meal plan, designed to hit YOUR macro goals. When making adjustments to your Macros, I will adjust your meal plan, in addition to all of the recipes in your plan, to reflect your new macro goals.


WHAT IF I AM A PICKY EATER OR HAVE ALLERGIES?

If you are a picky eater, that is NOT A PROBLEM! 

All you need to do is be as specific as you can while completing your New Client Form.


My plans can be designed to accommodate almost any special request.

Specific limitations will require an upcharge (ex: free of gluten dairy or eggs, pescetarian, intermittent fasting, prenatal, postpartum).

Upcharges start at $25 per request per month. Bundled packages offer a discounted upcharge. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PLAN?

For MACRO TRACKING Packages, once I receive both payment and a completed New Client Form, you will receive your Macros and Materials within 24-48 hours.

After you receive your plan, I encourage you to schedule a call with me if you have any questions. After our initial phone call, all of my weekly check ins are done via EMAIL.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

If you are interested in moving forward, please send payment for the package of your choice, in addition to emailing a completed TYPED copy of my New Client Form.

I kindly request: please DO NOT provide a photo/ scan of the form. New Client Forms must be submitted via Google Docs or email. You can access a Form here

 ARE YOUR PLANS RESTRICTIVE?

If you are looking for a restrictive plan that cuts out specific foods & food groups, you came to the wrong place.

My plans are rather detailed, providing you with a large variety of options & recipes, in order for you not to feel restricted or deprived.

I am 100% AGAINST Food Restriction, and I am very passionate about showing my clients a sustainable method to reach their goals, while achieving and KEEPING the body of their dreams

I HEAR A LOT ABOUT YOUR RECIPES, TELL ME MORE!

The customized recipes that I create in my plans include both single serve recipes as well as family sized recipes. 

Most of my recipes are very basic, simple and quick options to prepare. My clients find my recipes to be extremely helpful, compared to building a meal from the provided food lists with food measurements, which you will also receive.

I also have several digital E Cookbooks available for purchase.  You can also subscribe on Instagram for additional recipes and content.

MACRO COACHING

MACRO COACHING is ideal if you have tracked macros or calories before and wish to continue tracking your food.

Macro Tracking requires logging the foods you consume in a day with an app such as My Fitness Pal.

Macro Tracking is a great option if you are interested in having endless flexibility with your food choices.


WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR MACRO TRACKING PACKAGES?

My Macro Coaching starts at $215 for the first month. This includes coaching for one month, plus any necessary Macro adjustments, Weekly Email Check Ins, copies of all 5 of my Recipe eBooks, access to THE LINK (includes shopping lists, Dining & Restaurant Guide, tips for travel, Alcohol Tracking, Tracking Resources, and additional resources for Macro Tracking.)

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PLAN?

After I receive both payment & a completed New Client Form, 

a Meal Plan takes me 7-12 days to turn around (without a waitlist).

After you receive your plan, I encourage you to schedule a call or zoom with me, in order for me to navigate you through your plan, explaining my method and philosophy, answering all of your questions.

After our initial call, all weekly check ins are done via EMAIL.

HOW ARE CHECK INS DONE?

You will EMAIL your first check in ONE WEEK after completing your first full week. Weekly Check Ins are the client’s responsibility, in addition to following their plan to the best of their ability. Without knowing a client's progress, I can not adjust macros accordingly. Macros will need to be adjusted when one plateaus or stalls, therefore having proper updates is essential. When emailing your Check Ins, please fill out the Weekly Check In Form that was share via Google Docs, or copy/paste the text into an Email.
